Medical questions

We cannot answer questions about your own skin, hair, nails or medication. Those belong with your doctor or dermatologist. Two things are worth raising with them specifically: the 5,000 mcg biotin dose before any blood test, and the iodine content if you have a thyroid condition.

Before you contact anyone about a refund

1. Find your order number and the exact purchase date.
2. Count the days — the published window is 60 from purchase, with 30 days of use expected.
3. Write to the support address on your confirmation email.
4. Ask for a returns authorisation and address in writing before shipping anything.
5. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
6. Keep every reply until the money is back on your card.
